To complete the LDA service offerings aimed at maximizing a client’s value of the SIMS 1915+ and helium leak detection in general, LDA offers testing capabilities at both the client’s location and our location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
Client onsite testing can be performed using a 1915+ purchased and installed in a regulated setting. With real-world, hand-on experience operating in cGMP and regulated laboratory and production environments, documentation practices are sure to be consistent with quality expectations, both internal and external.
In addition, LDA offers the ability to bring one of our test units to a client location for specific studies. For example, clients interested in an onsite, one-time validation of an assembly line, or to leak test critical components of a sterile fill-finish line, may benefit from this practice.
In-house testing is an option for those clients looking to evaluate package systems or designs on a contract basis. Combined with our ability to determine feasibility and develop well-suited methods, LDA’s experience in the world of Helium Leak Detection can also be leveraged on a routine basis.
